Is Felicity really dead in the future?
That Roy and Dinah have both been acting honestly, but unbeknownst to anyone, Felicity is alive and well and still (very covertly) working on the side of good.
How did Felicity die?
She appears in the season two penultimate episode, “Doomworld”, as a masked vigilante in an alternative reality where Damien Darhk is mayor of Star City, and the rest of team Arrow are dead. She is murdered by Sara Lance, who is working for Darhk.
Why did Felicity leave the show?
Rickards, who plays Felicity Smoak, said in a statement on Instagram that it’s time to say goodbye to the character after seven seasons. It is believed that her contract was up and she opted to move on.
