Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood have made the difficult decision to not hold Halloween Horror Nights events this year. Universal Orlando Resort will be focusing exclusively on operating its theme parks for daytime guests, using the enhanced health and safety procedures already in place.

What is the theme of Halloween Horror Nights 2021?

Halloween Horror Nights will include some popular brands with haunted maze themes of the “Texas Chainsaw Massacre,” Netflix’s “The Haunting of Hill House” and the old-school “The Bride of Frankenstein.” Universal Orlando also will include a haunted house based on the 1988 horror comedy film “Beetlejuice.”

Is Harry Potter land open during Halloween Horror Nights?
In the past, the Wizarding World was closed during Halloween Horror Nights, but this year Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey and Flight of the Hippogriff are open! As mentioned above, the normal Studio Tour will not be running. Instead, you get the Terror Tram.
Is Diagon Alley open during Horror Nights?
In addition to the Halloween-themed fun, Universal will also have some of its attractions open during Halloween Horror Nights: Revenge of the Mummy, Men in Black: Alien Attack, Transformers the Ride 3D, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Diagon Alley.

Is HHN in both parks?
It’s important to note that Halloween Horror Nights 2021 is a separately ticketed event. It will not get you into the theme parks during regular hours. You’ll also need regular park admission if you want to take advantage of Halloween Horror Nights early entry (more on this below).
